• Submit a pitch application (name, business name, email, phone, industry, business description)
• Apply for an exhibitor stand (company name, contact person, email, phone, services)
• Submit a sponsorship inquiry (company name, contact person, email, phone, budget)
• Send a contact message (name, email, phone, message)

3. Why We Collect It

We use your information solely to:

• Process and respond to your application or inquiry
• Communicate event-related information
• Administer the pitch competition and exhibitor programme

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Store It

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Access is restricted to authorised event staff only. We retain your data for a maximum of 12 months after the event, after which it is deleted.

5. Your Rights (POPIA)

Under POPIA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to the processing of your information
